Refund policy

At Kryelet Studios Private Limited, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with order details and supporting images/videos as proof.

2. Open Box Delivery (Important)

We recommend customers opt for Open Box Delivery wherever available.

  • Customers should open and inspect the package in front of the delivery agent
  • If the product is found damaged or incorrect, it must be refused immediately
  • Once the delivery is accepted without objection, claims for physical damage may not be accepted later

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after the allowed return window
  • Customized or special order products
  • Natural variations in products (such as color, texture, or size differences)

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at info@kryelet.com with your order ID and issue details
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Our team will review and approve/reject the request within 2–3 business days

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Customers may be required to ship the product back or arrange a pickup based on location.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
